 1.What does the price include?

 All facilities listed in the room descriptions are included in the room price. To see the facilities, just click on the room name. You can see if breakfast or anything else, such as taxes, are included by moving your cursor over the text in the "Conditions" column. This information can also be found in your confirmation email and at user BKBooking.com.


2.  Can I make a reservation without a credit card? 

however, we are offering a wide range of hotels that will confirm your booking without a credit card but you will need a valid credit card to gaurantee your reservation with most hotels. 

3.   How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

  Once you finish  the booking process, a confirmation page will appear on your screen. This gives you all your booking details including the reference number so you can access your confirmation online. We will also send you a confirmation email with all your booking details.

4.  Can I cancel or change my reservation through BKBooking.com?

  Yes, it’s easy to cancel or change your reservation  through  our self-service tool at BkBooking.com. Please make sure to check the hotel's cancellation policy before doing any changes to your reservation.

5.  Where can I find the contact information for the property?

  If you have a question for a property before you book, please see the information under "Policies" and "Facilities" of that property on our website. If you can't find your answer there, please contact Customer Service by phone or email, and we'll be happy to ask on your behalf.
Once you've booked, you can see the property’s contact details in your online booking confirmation. Your confirmation email will also have this information, and you can see it in under Manage Booking as well. 

6.  How can I see how much it will cost?

  Once you select your prefer date of booking, the rates will be displayed along with the available room types which you looking for.

7.  I am entering my credit card details. When will I be charged?

  The payment process for your stay varies based on the individual hotel and room type. You can check how you will be charged for your stay in the "Hotel Policies," in the room description under "Conditions" and in your booking confirmation. 

8.  Does the hotel need a deposit or payment in advance?

  Most hotels don't require a payment or deposit in advance. If they do, you can find the details under "Hotel Policies" on the hotel’s page and in your confirmation email.

9.  We have children; can we get extra beds/cribs in the room?

   Information regarding children and extra beds/cribs can be found under "Hotel Policies." Please take note of the following:
Any additional fees for children are not included in the reservation price.

Serching :

1.  Where can I find the contact information for the property?

 If you have a question for a property before you book, please see the information under "Policies" and "Facilities" of that property on our website. If you can't find your answer there, please contact Customer Service by phone or email, and we'll be happy to ask on your behalf.
Once you've booked, you can see the property’s contact details in your online booking confirmation. Your confirmation email will also have this information, and you can see it in under Manage Booking as well. 

2.  How can I see how much it will cost?

  Once you've entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types. 

3.  Can I make a booking for tonight on your website?

  Sure! If you’re booking for tonight, just take extra care when reading the policies and entering your information. Many properties allow you to book for tonight without a credit card. However, if you're entering credit card details for a last-minute booking, make sure you have checked the details and ensured the card is valid, as we may not have time to contact you if there is an error. 

4.  How do I search for places that are only available on the dates I want to stay?

  Before you start your search according to your prefered dates, just enter your check in and check out dates. That way  only you will get  results with availability on the dates of your stay. 

5.  Can I search by price?

  Yes! Search as usual for a destination with your dates of travel. Once you have your search results, just choose to sort the results by ''price''.

6.  Can I search for a place to stay in a specific area or near a landmark?

   Yes, you can narrow down your search in several ways:
You can enter the name of the region (example: uk), district (example: london) or landmark (example: london Tower) into the search box.
If you have already started a search you can use the filters on the left hand side of the page, including the "District" filter.
You can find properties on a map by following the show map link and picking icons to see the prices and availability for each.
   
7.  What is the location of the hotel?

  The property’s page on BKBooking.com has a link to a map of the area. By following the link to show map, you can see where the property is located. The property you are currently looking at will be highlighted, and other properties or landmarks nearby are shown. Once you make a reservation, your confirmation email will also contain a link that allows you to map your route to the property.

8.  I'm looking for accommodations suitable for a family. How do I search for them?

   There are 2 ways you can search for family accommodations:

When entering your destination in the search box, you can select the number of rooms you'd like, along with the number of adults and/or children that will need to be accommodated. The results shown will be limited to those that match your specific requirements.
After you select your destination and the dates of your stay, a list of available properties is displayed. Look for the list of filters on this page, and here you can choose family rooms or family-themed properties.


9.  How do I search for places with specific facilities, such as a swimming pool?

  When you enter your prefer dates and destination, a wide range of properties is displayed wih all different facilities. By filter that page you will find out different properties according to your preference like specific swimming pool and etc. 

10.  Can I limit my search to properties that have facilities for people with a disability?

  Sure, you can. When you start your search by entering your destination you will get a list of properties. you can filter this page and limit your results by 'facilities for disables' guests to find properties that can meet your needs. You can always contact us prior your booking to confirm availability.Under "Hotel Facilities" 

Room Types :

1.  We have children; can we get extra beds/cribs in the room?

2.  What is the difference between a Double Room and a Twin Room?

  A Double Room has one double/full bed and a Twin Room has 2 twin beds. If a room is called Double/Twin, it can be set up for either type. You can specify your bed-type preference in the "Special Requests" box during the booking process. 

What is a "non-refundable" or "free cancellation?"
  Every room has a different policy set to it (by the hotel).
A non-refundable policy means that a fee will apply if you decide to cancel or make changes to your booking. This fee is mentioned in the room conditions and in your confirmation.
Free cancellation means you can change or cancel your booking free of fees, if done within the time period set by the hotel. This is written in the room conditions and in your confirmation (for example "Cancel up to x days" or "Cancel before mm/dd/yy hh:mm").

3.  Are taxes included in the price?

  This depends on the hotel and the room type selected, but it’s easy to see what's included by checking the text under the room name. Tax requirements change from country to country so it's always good to check. You can see more detailed information about what is included in the price by moving your cursor over the text in the "Conditions" column. This information will also be in your confirmation email and can be accessed via user BKBooking.com. 

4.  Is breakfast included in the price?

  This depends on the hotel and the room type. You can see if it's included by checking the text just below the room name. If it's not included, you can move your cursor over the text in the column "Conditions" to find out if it's available and what, if any, the additional costs are. This information will also be included in your confirmation email and at user BKBooking.com. 


5.  Do I pay a reservation fee to BKBooking.com?

  No, we don't charge any fees. 

6.  What does the crossed out rate mean next to my room type?

  The crossed-out rate is based on the third highest current price of the property for rooms with the same booking conditions in a 30-day window around your check-in date (15 days before and 15 days after check-in date; if less than 15 days are between today and the check-in date, we will use the corresponding number of days after the check-in date to result in a 30-day total). To ensure we are making a fair comparison, we always use the same reservation conditions (meal plan, cancellation policy and room type). This means that you get the same room for a lower price compared to other check-in dates at the same time of year. 

7.  Does BKBooking.com offer any special consideration discounts, or discounts with airline or hotel loyalty cards?

 BKBooking.com provides the best available rates for the dates of your stay. It's not possible to have any further reductions on the price. 

8.  Do I pay the full price for my children?

   Information regarding children can be found under "Hotel Policies." Please take note of the following:
Added fees for children, if any, are not included in the reservation price.
During the online booking process, please note your request for any extra beds/cribs in the "Special Requests" box provided.

9.  Can I use discount coupons (e.g. issued by magazines, stores, etc.)?

  No, you cannot use discount coupons when booking on our website. In such cases you will need to follow the instructions given by the organization issuing the coupon. 


Credit cards :


1.  Can I make a reservation without a credit card? 

 However, we are offering a wide range of hotels that will confirm your booking without a credit card, but you will need a valid credit card to gurantee your reservation with most hotels.

2.  The property has charged my credit card. What should I do?

  BKBooking.com never charges your credit card. Please check the payment conditions in your confirmation email to ensure the charge is not just part of the hotel’s reservation policy. If you think you have been charged in error, please contact the hotel directly.
Pre-authorization: A pre-authorization is just a validity check that temporarily blocks on your credit card an amount roughly equivalent to the cost of your reservation. The amount will be unblocked after a certain amount of time. How long this takes will depend on the property and your credit card provider.
Deposit or prepayment: Some properties require a deposit or prepayment at the time of reservation. This policy is clearly highlighted during the reservation process, and you can see it in your confirmation email as well. If your reservation allows for free cancellation, this amount is returned to you if you choose to cancel it.
If you feel you've been charged in error, our Customer Service team is happy to find the best possible solution for you. Please contact us with your reservation number and details of the charge made, and we'll follow up with the property on your behalf.


3. Can I use a debit card to complete my reservation?

  In general, hotels can't accept a debit card to guarantee a booking. However, there are some exceptions. You'll be able see if it is possible during the booking process. 

4.  What is a pre-authorization?

  When you make a reservation, there may be instances where the hotel will contact your credit (or debit) card company to confirm that the card you are using is valid and hasn’t been reported lost or stolen. At this time, they may also check to see if the card has enough money to cover the transaction. This is communicated in the form of a pre-authorization for the full amount of your reservation.
The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge. The time at which your card will be charged will depend on the terms and conditions of your booking. 

5.  What’s the difference between a pre-authorization and an actual charge to my credit card?

  Pre-authorizations are common but are often confused with actual charges. While in-store purchases are immediately charged and deducted from your available balance, pre-authorizations are temporary holds. The length of the hold will vary, and your credit card company can advise you on how they handle this. 

6.  How will  I know if my card has been pre-authorized?

  Your available balance will be reduced temporarily by the full amount of your reservation. You may also see “pending transactions” on your credit card account summary. If you’re not sure if your card has been pre-authorized, both the hotel and your credit card company can verify this. 

7.  How long will the pre-authorization hold affect my available balance?

  Your card provider can better explain this, along with the general terms and conditions associated with their pre-authorization procedures. These terms vary across the board, so it’s best to contact them for specific details. 

8.  Will the hold always equal the exact amount of my reservation?

  In most cases, the hotel will pre-authorize your card for the full amount of your reservation. On occasion, you may see an amount slightly higher than the rate shown on BKBooking.com. If this does happen, the hotel can explain why this has occurred. 

9.  Will this happen with all bookings made through BKBooking.com?

  Hotels reserve the right to pre-authorize your card, but this doesn't mean it will occur with every booking. Don’t worry, if your card is pre-authorized, both the hotel and your credit card company are there to help. They may also be able to assist you with removing these holds sooner. 

10.  Can I make a reservation for myself using someone else’s credit card?

  Yes you can, but only if you have the cardholder's permission. In this case, when making your reservation please note the cardholder’s name and confirm that you have permission to use their card in the "Special Requests" box, and be aware that the hotel may also require authorization from the cardholder. In the case of no-shows/late cancellations, any penalties will be charged to the card provided. 

 11.  Why do I need to give my credit card details?

  In most cases, BKBooking.com requests credit card details to book your reservation with the hotel, on your behalf. Your credit card may be checked (pre-authorized) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available. After the check, the full amount will be available to you again. In some cases, your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking. Your credit card will only be charged if you have requested a prepaid room or if the cancellation policy, found under "Hotel Policies" and room "conditions" has not been followed. 

12.  Which credit cards can I use to complete my booking?

   To confirm a reservation via BKBooking.com all hotels accept:

13.  Are my credit card detail safe?

14.  The credit card that I used to make a reservation is no longer valid. What should I do?

Reservation process :


1.  How can I make a special request? for example: a sea view, twin beds, room on a certain floor or dietary needs?

  During the booking process you can enter any special requests into the "Requests" box on the "Your Details" page. Once you have received your booking confirmation, you can follow up with the hotel directly to confirm that your request can be met. 

2.  Can I book a hotel for day use?

  No, bookings are for a one night minimum stay only. BKBooking.com can only reserve hotel rooms, not meeting rooms or conference facilities. 

3.  How do I find out how many bedrooms are in an apartment/suite?

   The number of bedrooms should be clearly metion in the room description. If the information is not clear, you can always contact us. If you have already done your reservation, you can contact the hotel directly with the contact details given in your confirmation email and at user BKBooking.com. 

4.  How can I make a group reservation?

  Many hotels on our website can accommodate groups.
Please note that the number of rooms assigned to a group varies for each hotel and that special conditions may apply for group bookings. You can view this information under Hotel Policies.


Hotel policies :


1.  I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

   Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. Once you’ve received your confirmation you can follow up with the hotel directly using the contact information provided.
You can specify your estimated check-in time while making the reservation.
You can manage your booking online to request check-in outside of the standard hours.
You can contact the property directly using the contact details in your booking confirmation.
It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. They'll be happy to let you into your room early if possible, but there might not be anyone there in person to welcome you if you arrive late at night at a remote apartment. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. 

2.  How can I find a hotel's check-in/check-out times?

  Check-in/check-out times differ for each hotel. You can find a specific hotel's check-in/check-out times in the "Hotel Policies" section at the bottom of the hotel's page, as well as in your confirmation email. 

3. How do I get more information about the room or hotel facilities?

  To see the full list of room facilities and room photos, just click on the room type (e.g. "Queen Room"). You can find all of the hotel's facilities just below the list of room types under "Hotel Facilities." 

4.  I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

  A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival. 

5.  I want a smoking room, but I can only choose a non-smoking room. How can I request a smoking room?

  If there are no rooms listed as "smoking rooms," it means that the hotel does not allow smoking in rooms. 

6.  How do I find out if a hotel allows pets?

  Pet policies are always displayed on the hotel’s page under "Hotel Policies." 


Confirmation :


1.  How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

  As soon as you go through all steps of booking process, a confirmation page will appear on your screen. This gives you all your booking details, including the refernce number  so you can access your confirmation online. We will also send you a confirmation email with all your booking details.

2.  I have booked a hotel but haven't received a confirmation by email. What should I do?

   Try looking in the spam/junk folders as well as the inbox of the email address attached to your booking. You can also use the booking number and PIN code from the confirmation page to log on to user BKBooking.com to access a copy of the confirmation email. As always, feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. 

3.  What is "User BKBooking" and how do I use it?

   User BKBooking.com is a self-service tool, which you can use to view, cancel or change your reservation online. You can access User Booking.com directly from:
BKBooking.com -- the link is on the upper right hand side of the screen.
With the link provided in your confirmation email.
To log in to User BKBooking.com, just enter the booking number you received in your booking confirmation.


4.  Are the facilities in the room that I have booked guaranteed?

  Yes, the room facilities listed under each room type are guaranteed by the hotel. 

5.  I received an email from BKBooking.com claiming to be from the place where I booked my stay. Why did I receive this message?

   In the interest of better serving our customers and improving the lines of communication between hotels and guests, you may occasionally receive such emails. When sending these emails, we use email aliases to protect the privacy of our customers. And on occasion, our system will automatically forward the email from the hotel to our customers by using these aliases. Please be aware that this correspondence will be generated by the hotel and sent via BKBooking.com on their behalf. As such, BKBooking.com cannot be held liable for the content of the message. If you feel that the content of this message is inappropriate or contains spam, we ask that you report this information by clicking on the link located in the bottom right corner of the email. 


Cancellation/Change of a  reservation :


1.  Can I change or cancel my reservation through BKbooking.com?

  Yes, it’s easy to change or cancel your reservation through our self-service tool. Please make sure to check the hotel's cancellation policy before doing any changes to your reservation.

2.  If I need to cancel my booking will I pay a cancellation fee?

  Cancellation policies vary from room to room. You can usually cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your planned arrival time. You can check to see what a hotel’s policy is, and whether they will charge a cancellation fee, under "Hotel Policies." This information is also included in your confirmation email. Please note that if your room is non-refundable or part of a special deal, it may have a different policy. You can see specific room policies under the "Conditions" column next to "Room Type." 

3.  Where can I find the cancellation policy of the hotel?

  Room-specific cancellation information is included next to the room type under the "Conditions" column. Please note that with special deals, the cancellation or deposit policy differs from the normal policy, so make sure to check both. The specific information relevant to your booking will also be included in your confirmation and on user BKBooking. 

4.  Can I cancel or change a Secret Deal or non-refundable booking?

  Dates of stay for Secret Deals and non-refundable bookings cannot be changed because they have special low rates. If you choose to cancel reservations for these types of rooms, you might be charged according to the hotel’s policy. 

5.  How do I know if my booking has been canceled?

   Once you have canceled your reservation you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don’t receive an email please contact us.

1.  How do I know if the hotel has parking facilities and how can I reserve a space?

  Under "Hotel Facilities" you can see if the hotel has parking, and if any restrictions apply. If the hotel requests that you reserve parking, please contact them directly with the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. 

2.  How can I find out if the hotel offers a shuttle service and how can I book it?

  If the hotel offers a shuttle service it will be listed under "Hotel Facilities," by "Services." Once you have made your reservation you can arrange the airport shuttle directly with the hotel. The hotel’s contact information is given in your booking confirmation. Please remember to have your flight details ready. 

3.  Can I store my bags at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

  You can see if a hotel offers luggage storage under "Hotel Facilities" on the hotel's page. If you need more information about the hotel's luggage storage facilities, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details given in your booking confirmation. 

4.  How do I find out if a hotel has a certain facility, e.g. an elevator?

  you can see a list of all the hotel’s facilities, activities and services under ''hotel's facilities''.


Directions :


1.  Where can I find the address of the hotel?

  You can see the hotel's address at the top of the hotel's page on BKBooking.com. It's also included in your booking confirmation email.

2.  Where can I get directions to the property?

  You will get directions to your property in your booking confirmation email:
There's a link in your confirmation email to show directions to the property. The correct location of the property is already given; you just hve to select your starting point.
The full address of the property is also given in your confirmation, so you can enter it into your navigation device.


Guest Reviews :


1.  How can I write a review?

  We invite you  to write a review after you have booked through us and stayed at the hotel. 

2.  Who can write a review?

  Everyone who books through BKBooking.com will be invited to write a review after their stay. 

3.  Can I edit a written review?

  You are not able to edit a review once it has been submitted. 

4.  Why hasn't my review been posted yet?

  Because of the number of reviews we receive, it can take a few days before it appears on the website. 

5.  Does BKBooking.com alter reviews?

  No. Once we've checked for obscenities, we post all reviews as they were submitted (both positive and negative). 

6.  Does BKBooking.com write reviews?

  Absolutely not. We are proud that all of our reviews are written by real guests who have stayed in the hotels they are reviewing. 

7.  Can I leave a review anonymously?

  Yes, you have the option to leave a review anonymously. In this case only your country, date of review and your traveler type (e.g. "Single traveler," " couple," etc.) will be shown. 

8.  Can I write the review in the language that I want?

  Yes, you can. We support the website in all languages. We suggest that you write your review in the same language as your booking.

1.  What is phishing?

  Phishing is the fraudulent practice of sending emails claiming to be from reputable companies in order to get people to reveal personal information, such as passwords and credit card numbers. 

2.  Should I report phishing and suspicious emails?

   We take all attempts to illegally collect personal data from our partners and guests very seriously – especially when the intention is to profit from such illicit activity.
If you receive an email that appears to be from Booking.com but you believe may not be authentic, please report it to us immediately. 

3.  How do I report phishing and suspicious emails?

   You can report a phishing attempt or a potentially suspicious email by sending it to us at [email protected].
There are two ways of doing this:
We prefer to receive suspicious emails as attachments because this is the best way for us to track them effectively. So open a new email message and attach the suspicious email you received.
If you can't send the email as an attachment, you can forward it to us instead.


4.  Are there links and tips that can help me to stay secure online?

   The best way to protect yourself from phishing is to learn how to recognize a phishing attempt.

Think before you click on links in emails, especially if they are from unknown sources. Instead, move your mouse pointer over the link to reveal its true destination. If the destination of the link seems different from where the email is telling you it will bring you, it might be suspicious.

You should also avoid shortened URLs in emails from unknown sources.

Be Smart About Email Communication

Never send sensitive information in an email.
Never provide your passwords by email or over the phone to anyone, not even us!
